ADP® and Accounting Today Accountants Confidence
Index and the Executive Research Council
ADP and Accounting Today have formed a strategic partnership to bring on the Accountants Confidence Index (ACI) – a monthly economic indicator leveraging economic insights of accounting professionals and offering fresh perspectives about the current and future growth prospects of U.S. businesses.
Daniel Hood, Editor-in-Chief of Accounting Today and Anish Rajparia, President of ADP Small Business Services discuss the one year anniversary of the Accountants’ Confidence Index.
The index is compiled from the monthly poll responses of Accounting Today's Executive Research Council (ERC), an elite community of tax and accounting professions. Members of the ERC are asked each month to provide their estimates on the growth prospects of their practices, their business clients, and the U.S. economy overall. Their responses are weighted and averaged to produce the ACI.
If you would like to participate in the ERC, click the link below. In addition to making the ACI more valuable, ERC members will receive exclusive access to some of the survey results, as well as opportunities to win free CPE, conference memberships, and other prizes.
In addition to partnering with Accounting Today to create the ACI, ADP is the 2012 sponsor for their Best Accounting Firms to Work For - an annual ranking of the most employee-friendly accounting firms in the U.S. The winning firms will be announced in the December issue of Accounting Today.
ADP works closely with hundreds of thousands of small businesses, including many accounting and other professional service firms, who use partnerships with trusted advisors to help them gain a competitive advantage. Based on our own research, accountants are singled out by small business owners as the "most trusted advisors".
